Cookies, performance data, and browser storage

The public website does not use advertising cookies or a marketing-cookie consent preference. Cloudflare may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare Web Analytics may also collect aggregated page-view and performance measurements without using cookies or tracking individual visitors across websites.

If Elevate later adds advertising, optional cookies, or another analytics provider, this notice and the website’s consent controls must be updated before that change is published.

Private administration

Elevate’s private administration area is separate from the public website. Cloudflare Access may set an essential authentication cookie after an authorised administrator signs in. The cookie is required to maintain the authorised admin session and is not used for advertising. The private area is excluded from the public sitemap and is not intended for search indexing.

Automated website reviews

If you submit a website address through the preliminary review tool, Elevate retrieves publicly accessible HTML from that address and records the submitted URL, domain, automated scores, findings, request time, and a one-way hash derived from the requesting network address. The tool does not sign in, bypass access controls, or change the submitted website. It is intended only for websites you own or are authorised to review.

The review is an automated screening tool. It cannot establish legal compliance, search ranking, business quality, or customer results. Stored findings may appear in Elevate’s private administration area so Jackie can discuss a requested Diagnostic. Cloudflare may process the request and host the stored record.

Quote builder

When you press “Print my quote” on the plans page, the details you typed (your name, business name, trade, town, the services you listed and your package choices) are sent to Elevate. They are saved in Elevate’s private administration area as a quote and a lead, and Jackie receives an email with the quote as a PDF, so Jackie can reply about your website. The quote also records a one-way, scrambled form of your network address to limit automated abuse. Nothing is shared with other businesses or used for advertising. Ask Jackie on WhatsApp 061 519 2976 to see, correct or delete a saved quote.

Elevate Concierge

The Concierge can provide verified typed answers from information already published on this website. Those local typed answers do not require microphone access. If you choose “Start voice”, the browser asks for microphone permission and sends the conversation audio and text to ElevenLabs so its conversational service can respond. Nothing is sent to ElevenLabs merely because the Concierge is visible.

A one-way hash derived from the requesting network address and a short time window are used to limit repeated voice-session requests. The raw network address is not stored in the Concierge rate-limit table. Do not share sensitive personal, payment, identity, health, or account information with the Concierge. Elevate does not use conversation transcripts for website analytics. ElevenLabs processes the voice conversation under its own service terms and privacy controls; retention should also be configured in the ElevenLabs agent settings before public launch.

When you contact Jackie

The website brief asks for your name, business name, phone or WhatsApp number, industry, project requirements, and optional email address and website link. When you submit it, the details are stored in Elevate’s private Cloudflare database so Jackie can review and respond to the enquiry. The form does not require optional analytics or advertising cookies.

WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with a suggested message. Opening the link does not send the message or confirm that Elevate has received an enquiry. You decide whether to send it.

The booking button opens Cal.com. Booking details are submitted through that service only if you choose to complete its booking process. No calendar is embedded or loaded automatically on this site.

Jackie uses submitted information to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, discuss or deliver the work you request. Enquiry records should be kept only while they are needed for the enquiry, project records, or applicable obligations. Avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for the conversation.

Third-party services

Cloudflare delivers and protects this website and hosts the private enquiry database. ElevenLabs processes Concierge voice conversations only after you choose to start voice. WhatsApp, Cal.com, and any social platform you visit through this website operate separately and have their own privacy notices and settings. Review those notices before submitting information through them.
